The first stage of MMCC's software development process is to carry out a Business Process Review, this involves a clean slate approach and the chance for MMCC to fully understand your companies business processes, with the aim to improve effciency and effectiveness.

How we do it
When MMCC are invited to review an organisations' business process and IT infrastructure, the first thing we do is LISTEN. This enables us to gain an excellent understanding of your business and the processes that support it. We then compare your business processes against the functionality of the IT systems and produce a Business Process Report (BPR). A BPR details:
- Which legacy IT services need to be replaced
- Any gaps in services that need to be filled
- New services that will benefit the organisation
- Available services that are not being used to their full potential
We explore the impact each change will have and help build and present the business case. Once approved we utilise rapid development and best practice to build, deploy and support your new systems.
The MMCC BPR Methodology
MMCC use the systems approach or ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) model. There are five phases in this model:
- Analysis Phase - Identify areas of opportunity and target specific problems.
- Design Phase - Generate solutions through brainstorming sessions. Identify the required resources to implement the chosen solutions and identify baseline to measure.
- Development Phase - Execute / build the solution.
- Implementation Phase - Formulate a detailed procedure for implementing the approved solution.
- Evaluation Phase - Build measurements tools, monitor implementation, and evaluate measurements to baseline.
Please note that this phase is performed throughout the entire process. This is a dynamic, not a static model.
