New software that captures and compiles real-time market research information into a ready to use data will help NHS Foundation Trusts collect real time patient information and dispense with the traditional questionnaire survey.
MMCC the Milton Keynes based specialists in software for hand-held mobile technology has developed a new, highly intuitive application that enables the market researcher to capture “more relevant” consumer /patient information.
Trials have already been carried out at several major high foot-fall trade shows. Initial results indicate that the easy to use software speeds up data collection and collates it ready for immediate transmission to a central point where the data can be analysed within in minutes. The software works on the tried and tested Casio hand-held device which is used in hospitals throughout the world.
The collection and analysis of real-time data means that Trusts / marketing personnel can respond to consumer feedback and implement necessary changes.
MMCC Business Development Manager, Stuart Griffin commented “Mobile technology enables companies to do so much more. With the right software installed on the latest powerful devices an organisation can collate considerable amounts of real-time information. This will allow hospitals to respond to their customers.”
